Job Description

We are currently seeking production engineers for assignments with our clients in the manufacturing industry. You will play a central role, working closely with both technology and people – often in teams with other production engineers and operators.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop production setups, balancing data, and risk assessments (PFMEA)
• Create ergonomic solutions, work instructions, and standards
• Manage the procurement of tools and equipment
• Work with layout, material flows, and documentation
• Conduct time and frequency studies as well as staffing planning
• Solve problems and drive improvements in production

• You will be placed at the client’s site, and we expect you to live in Umeå or Örnsköldsvik with the possibility of commuting.
• Please note that some assignments may require security clearance according to the client's procedures.

Qualifications

We believe you have an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, and a few years of experience as a production engineer. Alternatively, you have extensive and solid experience in the field.

You are:

• Technically interested and analytical
• Hands-on and enjoy working in production
• Communicative and collaborative
• Self-driven and solution-oriented

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
